2017

Brothers Paul and Michael Higgins founded HelloCars, the first fully online used car dealership in Australia

2018

Recognising shifting consumer preferences, HelloCars began development of a subscription model to cater to new and existing customers

2019

HelloCars launched its first subscription service in-house, reaching 100 active subscribers in the first three months.

2020

Loopit was founded as a leading car subscription enablement platform, based on the technology developed for HelloCars

2021

Loopit becomes the technology partner for both Eagers Automotive, Australia's largest listed dealership network, and Motopool, Australia's largest independent car subscription provider

It is estimated that over 70% of vehicles utilised on a subscription basis in Australia and NZ are powered by Loopit

2022

Loopit expands into the United Kingdom
